Commercial Finance Team Manager

Our prestigious client is seeking a Commercial Finance Team Manager to join their fast expanding team based in Hedge End.

You will be working in the Commercial Finance department which provides Asset-based lending which is an extremely flexible form of front-line finance that provides clients with an even greater availability of cash to help maximise working capital to achieve objectives, whilst minimising dilution of equity.

You will be reporting to the Senior Team Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of specialist, building strong working relationships with internal and external clients.

Duties will include:
*Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients and customers
*Establish and maintain a professional relationship within Client & Collateral Management and LBG colleagues
*Monitor and measure service levels and security of client portfolio whilst ensuring agreed working practices and compliance with LBG policy and procedures
*Effectively manage resource and performance. Recruit, motivate and develop team to increase skills and knowledge
*Monitor and maximise performance of team identifying barriers and opportunities to increase efficiency
*Work collaboratively with peers regionally & nationally to continuously review processes and procedures to increase client retention and productivity
*Communicate, implement and monitor change in agreed processes and strategy
*Participate and contribute to projects and initiatives
*Maintain own expertise and keep up to date with key developments impacting the industry

You will need 2 years' experience working within an office administration environment, ideally within a Financial Services/Banking environment. You will also need to have excellent oral & written communication skills, planning and organising skills and ID&F Product knowledge.
