We are currently looking for a HR Systems Specialist, covering a 9mth maternity cover, working for one of the UK's leading specialist coatings manufacturing businesses.

Providing specialist support for the HR Systems to enable the People Services Team to operate at its optimum level of efficiency and effectiveness this role is integral to the business to maintain the organisation structure in 'myHR' for the UK within the Global structure with the support of the HR Data Analyst
This role is also responsible for the HRSSC support systems and for filing data change requests relating to the myHR system.

Principal accountabilities

*Provide second line systems issue management and resolution, escalating unresolved incidents to third part support provider to minimise service interruption to the business
*Is the recognised UK expert relating to systems in use / offer bypasses / solutions
*Maintain local organisation structure in 'myHR' - organisational units, Business Areas and positions and support organisational restructures
*Responsible for cost centre maintenance in country in 'myHR'
*Create data change requests for the myHR system for submission into SNOW
*Support for local UK interfaces, defect resolution/testing and submission for change requests
*Support the HR systems software releases, upgrades, resource application, documentation and testing;

The successful person to this role will be degree qualified and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

*Influencing and decision making
*Knowledge of HR administration systems
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*3-5 years' relevant working experience
*Experienced in providing systems support, maintenance and test practices
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a range of customers to resolve issues swiftly
*Be resilient and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
*Flexible and adaptable approach to deal with changing situations and needs
