What do we do:
*The world's number 1 outsourced customer service support business for various campaigns and clients from both the public and commercial sector.
What jobs do we offer:
*Full time permanent CSA roles. The roles are temp to perm after 12 weeks. This includes between 1-2 weeks comprehensive training on individual campaigns. The current campaign is for Nespresso, the coffee machine company.
Salaries
*The Nespresso campaign offers a £7.50/hour pay rate whilst temping, then a starting salary of £13,065 - £14,040 per annum.
Hours
*The business is open 7 days a week and candidates will be working a rota pattern based on 5 working days per week, so will include weekends. These shifts will be between the hours of 07.00 - 22.00.

Working Environment
*The offices are bright and vibrant with each individual campaign having a branded section of the floor to themselves. There is an onsite café/canteen which is very reasonably priced and each worker has their own locker.
*As well as the above the break-out area has a free pool table and various means of entertainment to relax and remove yourself from the daily workload.
Location
*The office is located on Moon Street at the bottom of Stokes Croft. Very easily accessed from the Bus Station. The building is situated just behind the Full Moon public house.
*There are around 500 people that work on-site over 3 floors and there are up to 12 different campaigns on the go at any one time. These are very diverse and creates an extremely dynamic atmosphere.

Recruitment
*Manpower are recruiting for the above and candidates will be asked to attend an initial assessment centre hosted by the Client, normally on a Tuesday or Wednesday, which will consist of a group interaction activity and then verbal and written exercises. This assessment will last about 2-3 hours. Upon successfully completing the assessment centre the position will start the following Monday, in the form of the scheduled training for the respective campaign.
