Field Service Installer

As a retro fit Installer, you’ll travel to residential customer homes and upgrade their Tumble dryer machines.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out the required service as issued by the client customer service desk
- Working to the provided schedule, completing a minimum number of five service requests per shift
- Operating Whirlpools mobility tablet for receiving work orders and reporting purposes.
You’ll receive full product training before you start and a small van to use for business purposes. We have many Tumble dryer products to upgrade, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to put your training to good use.
Full training will be given, however, we require good communication skills, a clean driving licence and someone who will thrive when working in a customer-facing role.
