My client is looking for an experienced Account Executive to sell the staff management service my client provides.

As an Account Executive you will be contacting businesses to sell the staff management service my client offers, generating sales through cold and warm leads, Managing and building end to end relationship between the client and the candidates, Working closely with the account executives to help place the candidates into deals won, Meet revenue and business targets through individual and team activity whilst ensuing that all sales admin is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates will;

Have solid recruitment experience
Be a real team player with excellent communication skills
Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding set KPI's
Have the ability to build, manage, prioritise and close a pipeline of deals
