Job Description

The role of Channel Support Specialist is to provide Customer Service Support, taking all 1st line wholesale queries for the Wholesale cloud offers - MiCloud Office and UCaaS from Channel partners and Mitel UK Sales.

You will interact with customers, company sales and/ or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, then accurately record and report the status of sales orders and delivery schedules.

In addition, you will handle requests for additional company materials, maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and manage returns credits using a CRM.

Using your strong administration skills, you will take ownership of the Frequently Asked Questions Database and liaise with our Cloud Experts to answer new questions and update accordingly.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to virtually demonstrate products and services are essential.

The ideal candidate will:

* Ideally come from a sales administration or similar background

* Have strong written and verbal English skills

* Be a self-starter who is reactive to business needs

* Be willing to learn and develop a long-term career with Mitel

* Understand that fluidity and being adaptive is essential

* Have strong presentation skills to virtually demonstrate business technology solutions

* Have a keen interest in cloud and telecommunications technologies.
