Customer Service Advisor

Manpower are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading managed services provider based in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their existing contact centre team, on a temp to perm basis.
The main responsibility of a Customer Service Advisor is dealing with the day-to-day telephone queries for the customer. This is to be done whilst maintaining a high quality of customer service through communication both internally and externally using appropriate methods to ensure that superior customer service is delivered.
*To be proactive in dealing with customer queries, ensuring the best possible customer experience for one of the UK's most well-known financial companies
*Offering additional products that would benefit the customer
*Updating applications with all customer contact and call information, ensuring accuracy on every call
*Making suggestions on improvements and reducing non-cost effective activities
Pay rate: £8 per hour
40 hours per week, 5 shifts per week, Monday - Sunday 6am - 11:00pm
Bonus: Earn up to £300 after 8 weeks of working!
You will start with a five week training program, where you will see yourself on a progressive learning curve. Your training team will provide full support, to ensure you have the confidence to deliver excellent customer service once you hit the phones!
Ideally, you'll be required to have experience within customer service. However what's more important is that you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent listening, team work, and communication skills, can work to targets and goals, and have first-rate attention to detail.
