Manpower are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading managed services provider based in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes who are looking for Fraud Team Members to join their existing contact centre team, on a temporary basis.
Working closely with dedicated colleagues, you'll provide an exceptional service to customers concerned about potential fraud. Listening carefully to their concerns and being sure to show your understanding, you'll answer their questions, explain facts in simple terms and - crucially - offer solutions. Along the way, you will do all you can to make the process as stress-free as possible.
As a Customer Fraud Advisor, you'll be authorised to monitor payments. If unusual spending patterns are identified, you will be empowered to take action to ensure that our customers are protected by potting fraudulent activity. This role calls for excellent listening and analytical skills as well as identifying patterns. You'll need the confidence to ask difficult questions, but you'll always be friendly, helpful and clearly focused on what's right for our customers.
The hourly rate for this role is £8.00 per hour and is full-time - 40 hours per week.
You will be working Monday - Friday and rotational one-in-two Saturdays. The shift is between 6am -11pm.
Ideally, you'll have some previous experience within customer service. However what's more important is that you're highly analytical with great attention to detail, exceptional customer service attitude and work efficiently within in a busy team.
