A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors in Nottingham!

Due to continued growth, E.ON are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their new and expanding Customer Service team in Nottingham. You'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis but there's opportunity to become a permanent employee.

*£8.71 per hour (£16,758 pro rata on hours worked) + commission O.T.E £21,000

*Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)

*There are good transport links, an on-site canteen serving hot and cold food and free drinks vending machines.

*You'll need to be flexible to work between 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs

As a Customer Service Advisor working within E.ON as a renewals agent you will be supporting business customers through the journey of renewing their contract within E.ON making the process smooth and painless. Through conversations, using your excellent communication techniques you will look to persuade customers and negotiate a package that will ultimately work for both the customer and ourselves building a rapport with these customers can help to build a strong working relationship and keep them a customer with E.ON.
We are looking for a great strength within persuading/influencing abilities and to take action of any sales opportunities that present themselves.

Ideally you'll have some previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment.
