Main Function:
Responsible for the day to day running of a Customer Service Team. Ensuring that an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our customers at all times whilst striving to meet set targets.

Key Responsibilities:
*To run 121 and coaching sessions for a team of 8-10 people.
*Run team meetings.
*KPI management, including report.
*Creating incentives to push performance.

Other Duties:
*Motivate, develop and coach employees and effectively manage performance.
*Complete regular reviews on statistics with a team that will regularly change in our fast paced environment.
*Stimulate, develop and enhance business relationships.
*Attend in house meetings.
*Identify and manage own workload.

Essential Criteria:
*Experience within a fast paced environment.
*First-rate communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop your team.
*Motivated to succeed, with a passion for targets and results.
*Needs to demonstrate initiative.
*Need to be flexible and a strong team player as the role will develop over time.
