Brand new role available for a Customer Service Advisor (First Point of Contact) in Central Manchester.

This role is TEMPORARY, on a Full Time 12 month Contract. The hours of work are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday with no weekends or bank holidays required, on a great Salary of £8.68 per hour.

A comprehensive structured training programme is offered, as well on-going coaching and support to enhance development and open up progression opportunities.

Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor.

The right person for this role will ensure customer queries are answered and resolved within a telephony environment.

*They'll become the first point of support for our new and existing customers, guiding them through information in a simple and professional manner
*They will have proven experience in customer service and a passion for building relationships with customers to find the very best solutions for them
*They'll take full ownership of your calls, seeing your customers through with detailed solutions for them in this high level service role
*This is a great chance to help make our Clients product simpler, more responsive and more personal.

What Does a Customer Service Advisor do:

*Identify the customers needs and putting them first, by getting it right first time for customers, and helping to keep their finances safe.
*Follow up with customers, so building strong relationships built on trust will be key.
*Achieving set targets, while helping meet our performance targets as well.
*Offering a professional and helpful service to customers, in an inbound and outbound telephony environment.
