Manpower Plymouth is delighted to be working with the NHS Trust based in Plymouth in their search for an excellent Software Developer. This is a rare opportunity to join an established team to provide bespoke clinical software solutions which supports the Trust's ambition to digitise its health care record and works flows.

About the job
On a day to day basis you will be reporting into the Software Development Manger where you will be advising and supporting on the project delivery of clinical software solutions at Derriford Hospital.
Working closely with your new manager, you will always be putting 'quality first' by ensuring you document code consistently throughout the development process, provide recommendations concerning issues of productivity, development management and frameworks.
You will also have the opportunity as Software Developer to liaise with external agencies, clinical users and trust staff to ensure the needs of the users are met and monitored and reported back to the Software Development Manager.

You will have an excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and love keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest IT news and technological advances.

To be considered for interview your application and CV will need to reflect experience and knowledge with the following:
-WPF, REST, WCF Web Services.
-Developed code using Microsoft Visual Studio with the .Net framework using C#
-Strong HTML and CSS skills
