As part of the Chargebacks team you will be required to respond to all inbound calls in a professional and effective way. Calls will relate to retailer disputes on debit/credit cards, as first point of contact you will need to invesigate to determine if there is chargeback required. Working under the guidelines to determine if an immediate refund is necessary. Talk the customer through the next steps and confirm what action will be taken. Alongside this you will deal with calls that relate to potential online fraud, investigate as first point of contact and update systems with outcomes.

Ideally, you already have some solid Customer Service experience within any industry. Good IT skills and a clear and concise telephone voice are essential for this role. Previous call centre experience would be advantageous.

This position is a temporary role, but you will be required for at least 1 year, ongoing, therefore not suitable if you are looking for very short term work
My client offers a fantastic training programme with ongoing support and development.
You'll be required to work 35 hours a weeks, the hours will be during Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm (one day on the weekend essential)
