This is an excellent opportunity to work as an On-Site Recruitment Consultant, joining our operation, working for one of our key clients based in Stoney Stanton.

Reporting into the Contract Manager, this is a client facing role and you will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational management and as a Recruitment Consultant provide a vital link between clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated and flexible individual with a commitment to providing a quality service to achieve agreed targets by ensuring fulfilment of the service level agreement. You will need to establish and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels.

You will need to have outstanding organisation skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with the company's values and standards.

Role Summary:

*Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships at all levels.
*Volume recruitment, working to strict SLA requirements.
*Utilise marketing techniques and networking to attract suitable candidates
*Developing a good understanding of client lines of business, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
*Understand your competitors and economic conditions.
*Using social media to promote positions attract candidates and build relationships.
*Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's requirements
*Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and arranging inductions for new starters.
*Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and providing constructive feedback.
*Must have effective written, oral, and presentation/communication skills in addition to Proven - organisational/admin skills.
*Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be willing to travel to other client locations across the UK and have full clean driving licence.
