We are currently recruiting for a Band 4 Contracts Administrator to work on behalf of one of our clients within the public sector. If successful the Administrator will commence work on 12th December on a full-time basis on an initial contract until 30th June 2017.

The role of Contracts Administrator is o provide a high quality, professional and responsive administrative service to the Contract Review Groups of multiple large NHS Providers on behalf of CCG customers, as an integral part of the Provider Management team.

As a Contracts Administrator your main focus will be:

- To prioritise work and needs of self and Provider Management Managers and Senior Officers to ensure all required deadlines are met.

- Ensure that all aspects of CRG meetings/conferences are organised, and agendas developed. Ensuring that appropriate equipment is available and set up (e.g. projectors)
- Attend and accurately minute complex meetings/events as required.
- Manage relationships with PAs of client representatives and other external partners.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Possess the following qualifications -RSA III typewriting (or equivalent) AND
NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration OR experience of working as a personal assistant to a senior manager.
- Be flexible with regards to working hours
- Be available to start on 12th December
- Due to requirement to travel between locations and to meetings you must have a full, clean license and access to your own transport
