A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Director to join our client who is an award winning creative agency based in London.

This is a permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will report into the Business Director.

*Location - London
*Hours - 37.5 hours per week - between 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday (degree of flexibility may be required)

As the Account Director you will predominately be responsible for the strategic direction and development of an account portfolio, you will initially manage a single account and as this and your account portfolio develops so will your team of Account Managers and Executives which you will be directly responsible for.
You will oversee and have a hands on approach in the delivery of National/Global integrated marketing campaigns, key to the success of these campaigns is ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the vision and outcome your clients want to achieve and ensuring that all communications and creative content deliver a consistent message.
In this demanding role you will build strong and collaborative relationships with clients at varying levels of seniority whilst ensuring that you keep a cool head and remain organised to balance and deliver multiple projects. You will need to leverage these relationships to spot opportunities to improve a client's business.

The ideal candidate will have and be able to demonstrate:-

*8 years' agency experience in integrated communications
*Experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns - Nationally/Globally
*Experience of managing direct reports
*Desirable - experience of working with clients in the Pharmaceutical or Health/Well-being sector
*Accurate numerical and analytical skills
*Strong organisation and communication skills
