If that grabs your attention, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a full time Customer Care Professional who can demonstrate accuracy and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch with excellent written and spoken English skills.

The key responsibilities involve;
*Process New Accounts applications through multiple internal systems, ensuring Fraud, Risk and Compliance criteria are met.
*Working in a Multi-flex environment taking inbound calls, making outbound calls using the Dialler system.
*Responsibility for upholding the Data Protection and Privacy Act for our Customers
*Responsible for updating systems accurately and in a timely fashion
*Responsible to work applications within multiple markets.
*Take ownership of customer queries received via email and action correspondence received via fax/post.
*Ability to build relationships with customers and shape/drive calls to ensure content is relevant.
*Consistently drive excellent Customer Service in all tasks and ensure the customers experience is in the forefront of the mind in all decision making.
