We are currently looking for an extremely well organised person to fill our client's role for an Administration Manager to cover a 13 month maternity period

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading Manufacturer of structural steel work and general steel fabrications.

This is a very interesting and unique role which will require the ideal candidate to be comfortable working autonomously; but at the same time providing central support to a team of management.

As an Administration Manager you will possess;

* Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel)
* Professional telephone manner
* Adaptability to work both autonomously and within a sometime demanding team environment
* Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
* Positively find solutions rather than negatively find problems
* Excellent record keeping skills with good attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with senior management and clients
* Good understanding of Director level responsibilities
* Good minute taking skills

This role will include going out onto the factory floor, for which you must wear full PPE at all times.
The hours of work will be 40 per week (8 hours per day) Monday to Friday
