We have exciting opportunities in Nottingham for Customer Services Advisors based in the city centre at our client's prestigious Trinity site.

Working in partnership, we are now seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team. The roles provide a real opportunity to build your career with us and our client, with in-depth 12 week training and on-going support the opportunity for you to progress is vast and provides a wealth of benefits.

With a starting salary of £7.40 progressing to £8.85 after 12 weeks there is additional scope to progress to £10.28 per hour based on your development through our client's competencies.

With an annual holiday entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, increasing to 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)

In addition to these benefits, and opportunity to develop, the site provides for good transport links, an on-site canteen serving hot and cold food and free drinks vending machines and dedicated support onsite from the Manpower team

Working hours demand that you will need to be flexible to work between 8am to 8pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays between 8am to 6pm. The expectation is 1 in 4 Saturdays but a maximum of 37 hours per week. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs

Ideally you'll have some previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment however if you are able to demonstrate a real customer focussed approach and a passion for development, please apply
