Manpower are in great need of Customer Service professionals !!

We are working alongside our Financial Services client for several people to work within their Contact Centre who can demonstrate a quality telephone manner for one of their key Financial Services contracts.

Acting as a primary point of contact for internal business partners and outside customers, your job will include (but will not be limited to) :

- Processing customer instructions.
- Resolving internal and external queries
- Providing advice to internal business partners on best practices.
- Making outbound calls to existing customers, suppliers or clients.

The chosen applicants for this role will be given a thorough training programme so they will feel confident to perform the role. What our client are most interested is finding is a candidate with a positive, can do attitude that will represent their business. Contact centre experience is preferred, but not essential. Working hours for this role will usually be Monday- Friday, 09:00- 17:00. However, we will need candidates who will be relatively flexible with their working hours, due to the requirements of the business.

Own transport is highly desired, but not essential. Finally, all applicants will be subjected to Criminal Records and Credit Checks.
