Part Time Customer Service Advisor: Sheffield

30 hours per week

£20,500 per annum (pro rata) average reward package (includes incentives, Free Sky Q, phone & broadband and unique Sky benefits)

Shift 1: Friday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday 13:30 - 21:30

Shift 2: Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 07:00 - 13:00

As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be a natural with customers, supporting a variety of Broadband and other product related calls.Exceptional service is second nature to you and you'll have first class communication skills.

In this role you will be working in the fast paced environment in one of our contact centres, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by engaging with them over the phone to quickly understand their needs, resolve their queries and make them feel special; whilst at the same time identifying appropriate opportunities for every customer, matching their individual needs to our products and services, adding real value to provide the best Sky package and deliver the best service

In our fast-paced and challenging Customer Service environment, we will need you to:

  • Have a basic understanding or interest in Broadband and in-home technology.
  • Quickly understand the customer's needs and provide the best resolution.
  • Meet targets that will challenge and stretch you though adding value to our customers and their packages.
  • Have great listening and influencing skills.
  • Be passionate for our products.
  • Have outstanding customer service skills.
  • Have great communication skills.
