Fantastic opportunity for a Technical Sales/Booking Advisor!

Working under the direction of the Customer Services Manager is the first point of contact in the organisation. Responsible for demonstrating the highest levels of customer service whilst maintaining impeccable personal presentation. To Ensure that customers are dealt with in the most professional manner at all times.

Contacting customers to carry out telephone sales, customer support and prequalifying telephonic surveys. Monitoring customer accounts, providing regular updates and completing regular call cycles and follow-up emails to customers
Arranging bookings for installations, Support field installation engineers with customer queries.

*Answer all calls from customers & suppliers on a daily basis in a professional manner
*Deal with all orders placed including checking deliveries, order status and progression to ensure customers and Area Sales Managers are aware of all information
*Deal with any complaints regarding any late orders, wrong products or picking issues
*Handle all quotation requests that have been received via phone/email and fax
*Ensure all phone orders are followed up in writing to ensure all information is correct and unchallenged by customers
*Ensure discounts are assigned to specific customers
*Assign orders to relevant team members
*Placing orders onto the in-house system and ensuring information is correct at all times
*Notifying customers of any discrepancies/quantity issues or pricing issues
*Ensure customers are aware of delivery status via email or fax
*Filing of orders/supplier delivery notes and dispatch notes
*Ensure all "End of Day" duties are completed; orders confirmed with copies of dispatch notes sent out
*Process invoices for goods dispatched each day and send to company P.A
*Generate Excel reports which outlines any outstanding parts to ensure customers are notified
*Ensure all emails that are sent to any customers and suppliers are cc'd to the Area Sales Managers
*Manually identify any changes in proposed delivery dates for major customers
*Complete any training necessary to complete daily duties
*Ensure you are up to date with all product knowledge at all times
*Any ad-hoc duties requested by line manager
Answering customers queries both in writing and through the customer contact centre
*Assisting customers with queries in regards to units
*Accurately reporting and logging faults on units
*Listening to the customer's needs and taking ownership to make sure those needs are met

Suitable candidates are likely to be technically minded with strong B2C Sales support experience
An adaptable self-motivated team player, proactive, professional and flexible
Excellent communication skills, good telephone manner and customer service skills
Ability to work quickly and under pressure, as well as handle a large number of customer accounts simultaneously
Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills and able to work accurately on own initiative
Computer literate (Outlook / Word / Excel)
