We are looking for outgoing, confident, hard working sales professionals with excellent communication skills to join the B2B sales team of a market leading company in Bedfordshire.

You will be taking inbound telephone enquiries which have been generated from marketing campaigns, and converting these into sales so that you achieve and exceed your targets.

In return, you'll have the chance to boost your earnings to £25,000 - £30,000 per annum by hitting your targets, and your basic salary will also increase with length of service. Alongside this, you'll receive an annual leave entitlement which increases with length of service, and BUPA healthcare cover too (after a qualifying period).

Candidate Skills

Some previous experience in a telesales role would be an advantage, but this isn't essential as you'll be supported along the way through ongoing sales training. What's more important is that you have strong selling skills, and excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Typically you'll work Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00, although this may vary slightly. You'll also work one day each weekend, and will receive an option day off in lieu of this.
