My client is a health regulatory body who have an opening for a Web Content Officer.

The Role

*Actively work on content publication of the clients website to ensure its information is accurate and up to date
*Take an active role in the improvement of the clients website processes within the team to meet the volumes of work generated due to the increase of hearings data
*Ensure that Data Protection is maintained across the publication process, such as: registrant's details, witnesses' names, patients' names or any other relevant information that can be considered a breach of personal information
*Be able to identify any risks around data management and website publication
*Assist Data Analysts with the preparation of Hearings data
*Assist with the maintenance of the team's Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) in line with policy changes and process system changes

Data management

*Produce reports in order to maintain up to date information on the clients Hearings and Outcomes pages
*Maintain an up to date log of issues identified from quality checks
*Produce weekly reports to the Senior Data Analyst in terms of volumes of work and issues arising from the website processes
*Update items in the database (CMS) to resolve issues or update permissions

Knowledge Skills Abilities

*Understand HTML or having worked previously with web content management systems
*Excel knowledge: vlookups, pivot tables
*Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to achieve results within tight deadlines
*Experience with CRMs or other databases; in particular a rudimentary understanding of principles
*Good communication skills with all stakeholders
*Good problem solving skills
*SQL knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
