Right now, they are looking for legal secretaries for their offices based in Exeter and Crediton to join the team and play a pivotal role within their residential property team.

About the job:
As Legal Secretary, you will be working within the Residential Property team, assisting fee earners with their cases and ensuring the smooth running of the department. As a highlight motivated secretary, on a day to day basis you will be providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Residential Property team which will include preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing, daily filing, opening and closing of client files, preparing mail and enclosures, arranging appointments and organising the fee earner's diary and operating case management and accounts procedures within the residential property department.

You will already have proven experience within a similar role, preferably within a residential conveyancing department and have a sound knowledge of Microsoft office in order to maintain the high standard of administration support that the role requires.

Salary and the application process:
Salary will depend upon the experience but will generally be around £9.50 p/h

Hours are full time, Monday to Friday
