Our Haverhill-based client are looking to recruit a Technical Customer Services Operator. The main aim of the role will be to provide a friendly, flexible, fair and expedient service to the customers and work colleagues.

Key Tasks:

*Respond to inquires/claims by phone, e-mail, or post within set time limits
*Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
*Process customer return orders and replacement shipments
*Report issues from the UK market on a monthly basis to the Consumer Claims Manager
*Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
*Stay current with product information, changes and updates
*Owner of Technical product training for internal staff
*Incident claim handling

Previous Experience:

*Technical background.
*Customer service experience
*Practical ability
*Basic computer experience
