Are you looking to start a career in finance? Do you have experience working in a finance team? Do you have great admin skills and are good with numbers? If so this could be the perfect role for you!!

You will be dealing with all the Manifests and emailing or faxing to suppliers daily placing copies in the correct supplier's files and booking daily collections for suppliers.

Courier reports, general administration / filing, dealing with any supplier Manifest query's.

Ensuring claims for clients and suppliers are submitted three times a week, you will also be required to order and reduce stationary costs.

You will also be tasked with chasing clients for money and ensuring all companies money comes in on time and you will be required to highlight any problems to the relevant line manager.
