We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to work within our prestigious client based in Aston, Birmingham. The purpose of the role is to support the customer through the timely and effective management of customer support, customer retention and account closures within Service Level Agreements. Provide competent support contact for clients with queries and ensuring all data is recorded in a timely and accurate fashion to facilitate effective data and root cause analysis.

Suitable candidates will be from a strong customer support background, ideally within a customer facing role, ability to build relationships with customers and all business areas. Ability to maintain high standards of work following set processes and service level agreements. Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along, computer literate and competent within all Microsoft packages.
