Field Sales Agents (Door to Door) - York

Location: York
Working Hours: Min of 20 hours per week - Flexible working hours between 6-8 hours per day as and when required, core hours if required will be between 5pm - 8pm and some Saturdays may be included
Holiday Allowance:Accruable

Background:
Manpower is currently recruiting for Field Sales Agents on behalf of TalkTalk Group, UK's leading providers of broadband, mobile and talk services.

TalkTalk have launched Ultra Fibre Optic Broadband - a brand new, ultrafast network, starting with York. When completed, it will deliver speeds of 1GB direct to homes and businesses - the UK's fastest and fully independent broadband.

Now they want to deliver this unique product to their customers! As Field Sales Agent you will play a pivotal role in selling this amazing new product to customers in York. This role provides door to door sales in the York area across a network of approximately 14k homes.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will require you to engage directly with TalkTalk customers by visiting homes across York to sell TalkTalk Ultra Fibre Optic Broadband.
*The role will consist of door to door sales of TalkTalk products
*You will be expected to cover up to 80 houses per day, sometimes re visiting properties to ensure contact is made with the home owner
*You will be expected to close the sale with the customer and make contact with control centre whom will complete the order
*Need to be self-motivated and resilient

Candidate Profile:
**You will ideally have some Sales/customer facing experience
*You aim at delivering products that fulfil customer needs
*You are organised and adaptable

*You are ready to take ownership of customer queries
*You are able to stay calm under pressure and be resilient to customers saying "No"
*You possess excellent communication skills
