We are looking for an experienced customer manager to work on a 6 month contract in Basingstoke. Pay is £16 - £18 per hour.

Responsibilities as follows:

Owns and manages end-to-end delivery of orders, as part of a bigger project. Provides weekly updates and support to the Project Manager (who liaises with the customer).

Ensures full understanding of the customer migration plan and to proactively check for changes, assess impacts and drive internal business functions.

Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting of progress and to utilise agreed governance to report on issues, risks and dependencies in respect to time, cost and quality.

Acts as the Point of Contact to ensure smooth delivery and swift resolution of issues in an effort to meet customer requirements and internal deadlines

Manages escalations and supports internal teams to drive a forward progressing attitude.

Understand Service Delivery (within Telecoms) and stakeholder management. Ideally has Service Delivery experience working for a large Telecom Company. Start Time:
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Skills required:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; Strong PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Team player with a great passion to succeed; Must work effectively under pressure; organizing multiple tasks and projects in an ever changing environment; Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Offering between £16-18/hour.
