Manpower are currently recruiting for a leading UK energy provider for Inbound Customer Service Sales Advisers to provide customers with the best products for their homes and create a fantastic first impression of our client.
You will be assisting inbound calling customers on the companies emergency call line. This position requires candidates who are organised, empathetic, and who can provide exceptional customer service.
We'd like to hear from you if you have previous customer service experience and take pride in a job well done. Whilst previous Call Centre experience isn't essential, a background of working towards targets would be an advantage. We will consider candidates with retail and hospitality experience as well.
We need people who are genuine and caring with great listening skills and the empathy to really understand your customers. You should be resilient with the ability to stay calm even when working under pressure and be able to focus on your customers individual needs in a fast paced environment.
You will be the face of the business and our client will prepare you for success right from day one. You will enjoy two weeks of specialist classroom training, designed to get you up to speed on the industry, systems and processes, and the many products offered before you "go it alone" on the phones. Please note, our training is intensive so we ask that you don't take holidays or time off during this structured training period.
Our client offer a full time variable shift pattern between 6am and 11pm between Monday to Sunday. All shifts are on a rota basis and will only be 37.5 hours per week. Roles are temporary with a competitive starting salary with potential to go permanent.
