An opportunity has arisen within the Mitel Project Management team. The person will be responsible for managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects, ranging from small installations through to larger scale implementations, in conjunction with Mitel Channel Partners.

This role will involve an element of travel throughout the UK when required to fulfil project onsite meetings. The candidate will ideally be based in the South of the UK, with preference to be based at the Mitel head office in Caldicot, the Midlands or South East.


*Manage an ongoing portfolio of 6-10 project installations or upgrades
*Directly engage with end customers to plan the implementation phase, build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
*Develop and agree project plans with end customers, secure the required resources for delivery (internal / external) and manage any commercial impacts that arise
*Control and execute all planned activities through implementation, manage risks and issues effectively and deliver the solution on time, within budget and to quality
*Ensure all project tasks are completed satisfactorily, sign off achieved and handed over to maintenance
*Produce quality project status reports (as required) for internal Mitel stakeholders, Channel Partners and Customers


*Prioritisation - ability to manage fast paced and competing deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
*Communication - confident and effective communicator, comfortable taking the lead role in managing all project stakeholders and any issues that arise through delivery
*Customer focus - ability to manage customer interactions and relationships
*Teamwork - solid team player and able to influence others to gain positive outcomes
*Technical - Knowledge of Mitel products and professional services is advantageous
*Technical - Knowledge of current and emerging Unified Communications technology (VOIP, SIP, Cloud, AVW, Call Recording, Mobility, Contact Centre)
*Professional - 5 years' minimum experience, PRINCE2/APM accreditation desirable
*Programs - proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel and MS Project
*Financial - good understanding of budget management and cost control
