We are currently recruiting for a an experienced Operations Administrator to work for a global medical technology company based in Aldridge. You will be responsible for supporting the regional rental operations business and the Regional management team to ensure control and accuracy of system data within Region and liaise with head office functions

Main duties of the role will include data entry on SAP IT platforms, scheduling and recording of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with specific TME contract specifications and stock and spare parts control to include movement, tracking, and booking in and out of stock. In addition you will be responsible for raising PO's, logging and monitoring pre-booked rentals and consolidating invoicing information for accounts.

Suitable candidates must have have good administrative skills, experience working with SAP, be a clear and confident communicator, and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Please note this role will involve travel throughout the UK with some overnight stays, . For overnight stays a hire car would be provided, they would also pay petrol and the overnight stay including meals would be fully funded
