Location: Dumbarton
Pay Rate: £11.00 p/h, increasing £11.72 p/h on completion of 12 weeks service

The purpose of the role is to provide support within the DFTS Customer Assurance Service Centre. You will be the first point of contact and our ambassadors, always putting the customer first. You will deliver exceptional service, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied. You will have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers. You'll also be great at problem solving, leaving the customer happy each and every time.
It's a key role in the business therefore you will receive top-notch training and coaching which is tailored to you. This will give you all the knowledge and confidence you need to engage with our customer
About you
Ideally experienced in customer service roles, you will be focussed on customer experience, providing excellent customer service. A strong communicator who puts the customer first in everything you do. You can quickly build a rapport with all kinds of people and resolve issues in a positive way.
Security Clearance at a basic level will need to be obtained

Full time 36hours per week between 0800 - 1800 Mon - Fri
