About the job
As a Team Leader/Manager, you'll be managing the customer service team to deliver a high level of customer care to a wide range of company clients. There will be various queries your team will be dealing with. You will be managing performances and ensuring company ethos is maintained. You will conduct monthly reviews and 1-to-1's etc. You will implement new procedures when required and access existing.

Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 PA + Bonuses

About the Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will have Customer Service Team Leader experience and be able to demonstrate your knowledge accordingly. You don't need to have the industry knowledge as good customer service can be applied. You will be organised and be comfortable within a busy environment.

Requirements
Our client is looking for someone with drive and desire to over achieve and enjoy hitting targets. If you have worked in retail as a sales advisor and have the desire to gain financial reward, this could be the opportunity for you. If you have worked within an outbound call centre, this would be an advantage.
