Manpower is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our client, based in Inverness.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to:

*Report to a Team Leader
*Provide 1st line support for the service desk
*Answer calls to the service desk effectively
*Assign calls to relevant support teams
*Action back office requests as and when required
*Advise clients and support teams of known problems and workarounds
*Ensure users are updated with the progress of their call/change

The ideal candidate will have:

*Good PC skills - including a basic knowledge of MS Office and general PC knowledge
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent customer care skills
*Good IT knowledge
*Good analytical skills
*The ability to work under pressure
*The ability to retain knowledge effectively
*Team player skills, with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clients
*Analytical and methodical approach to working with keen eye for detail
