Are you looking for a customer service job in Edinburgh?
Manpower has several vacancies for customer service staff to work with our client RBS a major international brand in the world of financial services, headquartered in Edinburgh.
Working within the Fraud & Chargeback Operations department of RBS you will be working within a contact centre taking inbound calls from customers of the bank. The calls will relate to retail banking issues and will require excellent communication and problem solving skills. The ultimate aim is to provide all customers with a first class service.
Working 35 hours per week, between the hours of 7.00am and 11.00pm, 5 days from 7. There will be a requirement for you to work evenings and at least one day at the weekend which will be set as part of your shift pattern.
*Competitive hourly rate of £8.68 with potential of shift allowances of up to £11.09 plus overtime

You do not need to have worked in a contact centre previously, although this would be beneficial. It is more important to us that you have a flair for building and developing existing relationships, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to utilise active listening, communication and problem solving skills. Have a high attention to detail and the ability to understand and navigate internal IT systems.
The roles are suitable for individuals who are perhaps looking to take their first career step or who have made the decision to move away from either the retail or hospitality industries. Ideally, we would like to hear from people who enjoy receiving and delivering excellent customer service from any industry.
You will need to be available to start on either the 5th or 12th December 2016 as the start date is not negotiable.

Due to the nature of our RBS business, you'll be required to pass a credit check, criminal records check and be able to provide us with details of your work activity from the past two years.
