An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Part Time Team Assistant based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a part time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working an 18 hour week. This role is paying between £13,903.45 and £15889.66 per annum, depending on experience. (£28-32K FTE).

Job description:

*Organizing global and local meetings: video-conferencing, live meetings: liaising with relevant people, arranging rooms and equipment, circulating invites and dial in details and uploading presentations to live meeting
*Organizing and booking all domestic and international travel arrangements, including any relevant Visa or other documentation
*Processing expenses and invoice management on Ariba & Serengeti
*Maintaining all contact and email distribution lists
*Drafting presentations, preparing and collating slides, often within tight deadlines
*Communicating with internal and external clients and responding to queries and requests for information from other functions, countries and categories
*Developing knowledge of key individuals internally and establishing relationships with their assistants
*General office duties, ensuring that all equipment is in working order and that any problems are reported, and are dealt with effectively
Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:

*This role requires a person who has a proven track record of supporting a number of different people based in multiple locations, and has the ability to build strong relationships;
*The applicant must be well organized, have the ability to prioritise and multi-task and have strong communication skills (written and oral)
*The applicant must be able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
*Attention to detail is essential
*The applicant must be pro-active and be able to juggle a high workload.
This role requires the individual to be flexible and agile.
*A background of working in a regional or global organisation would be preferable.
*The applicant must have experience in managing office processes and where necessary, needs to pro-actively identify solutions or work to develop new approaches to meet changing needs by embracing new ways of working.
*The candidate must have excellent IT skills, specifically in Word, Excel, Power Point and a good knowledge of web-based and Sharepoint operating systems. Knowledge of Serengeti and Ariba would be an advantage
