A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estates Surveyor to work for an international manufacturing and distribution organisation based in the Manchester area, on a contract basis (potential to go permanent after 3 months).
The Company
The multi-national business has been established for decades and has a T/O in the 100's of millions. This site near Manchester is one of multiple plants and retail stores that produce and sell a range of painting solutions.
The job role
As an Estates Surveyor you will play a key role in the full management of the portfolio, undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews as well as dealing with acquisitions and disposals. Important will be the ability to deliver on time and within budget. You will liaise with colleagues to identify and resolve maintenance and other property management issues as well as preparing rent, business rates and service charge budgets. You will also oversee external professionals as required and prepare Board reports.
The skills
For this position you will be an Estates Surveyor who is a member of the RICS. You will be an organised individual who has the ability to oversee multiple projects at once. Having excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must.
Contract, starting ASAP
Rate: £20 - £25 per hour (Limited or Umbrella)
Commutable from: Manchester, Warrington, Altrincham and Liverpool.
