As a Minor Change Engineer you will be responsible for utilising the Active Directory to affect changes within the working environment as well as a number of change management and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- To complete change requests as directed by the Queue Manager and the MC Team Management in order to meet specified Key Performance Indicators
- To troubleshoot and where applicable resolve faults following the implementation of a Minor Change
- To manage changes using the Service Desk Toolset
- Perform various administration tasks as defined by MC Management
- To conform to company standards and policies
- Act as a point of contact for technical queries from a number of teams

Key Skills Required:
- Customer Service experience
- Administration Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Experience using MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Active Directory and the User Account Management Process

Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft certification in Desktop or Server
- Working knowledge of XML and Quest Active Roles Server

Due to the business needs of this role SC security clearance is an essential requirement. If applicants do not currently have SC clearance they must have photographic ID in the form of a passport or driving license, that is in date and reflects the applicant's current address.
