An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to start in Jan 2017 based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 40 hour week (Agile working from home on 2 days per week ), paying between £30,400 and £32,300 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The primary focus of this job is coordinating the design work which the team is doing for different projects. Team has different responsibilities as managing the design work for presentations and creating the newsletters, toolkits that should reflect the look and feel of the category and present the content in a very engaging manner.

The content we create in 2016 were as per below,

1.Newsletter for OOH, Customer marketing & other specific functions
2.Creating the several toolkits - 60 page documents with creative & design elements
3.Global Communication letters and events award certificates
4.Ad hoc request on creating the decks

This person will be responsible for initiating and managing projects, and also working within an OOH Customer marketing project team to deliver projects on time. They will also provide technical advice and input in the design, artwork and print phase of the project to ensure that brand quality and consistency is maintained through the design process.

1.Manage and be accountable for the timely delivery of design for the request projects to deliver the toolkits /newsletter on a timely basis (OTIF).
2.Ensure that design files (Master-Design) are created according to UL specifications and stored in the team OneDrive
3.This position will be responsible for several brands and categories at the same time. This may be across market clusters or countries
4.The individual must also coordinate multiple works in each quarter to meet the deadlines
