Fantastic job opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our client, who is a multi-national organisation based at their site in Didsbury, Manchester.

As a Customer Service Manager, your role will involve:

*Coordinating and overseeing the Customer Service team for the UK.
*Monitor departmental work load to ensure resource is available to achieve required growth targets.
*Motivate the team to achieve company and departmental goals
*Organise training for new recruits/other departments.
*Develop new procedures and protocols to evolve the department (process improvement).
*Ensure all training needs are carried out in line with the HR department
*Ensure that all data and information is circulated and actioned where required
*Owning, investigating and solving complex problems
*Supporting organisational growth through team, people and process development
*Ensure knowledge is up to date with trends in the market impacting on service level

The ideal candidate will have:

*3-5 years of applied management experience
*Relevant working experience in Customer Service, preferably in a high volume environment
*Affinity with working in an international environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*SAP Experience preferred
