Manpower is recruiting for a Systems Accountant for a large organisation based in Birmingham. You will be working with a team of financial professionals ensuring that management of financial reporting are met promptly and efficiently to be reported back to the Head of Finance.

As a Systems Accountant your main responsibilities are:
*General administration and maintenance of Finance systems including SUN, Kypera, PM10 and Epay banking
*Manage the Finance portal
*Ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner and deliver high levels of customer service
*Lead Finance representative on any system based projects, including installation, upgrades and testing
*Ensure Financial reports are maintained at a high quality and improve where required
*Utilise macros in financial reports and update where necessary. Also includes creation of new macros
*Upload the annual budget and forecast outturns when required
*Assistant with the production of the year end statutory accounts and Government accounts

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Qualified or passed finalist CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA/ICAEW
*Experience working with Finance, accounting and invoicing systems
*IT Literate
*Advanced level skills in Excel which includes creating advanced macros
*Good Communication skills
*Team Player
*Building strong working relationships with colleagues, key customers and stakeholders
