Programme Administrator

Our client is looking for a Programme Administrator to join their fast expanding organisation based in Eastleigh.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000pa
Hours: Office Hours

We are looking for a keen Program Administrator to undertake a mix of compliance and supplier enrolment administrative duties. You will support the Compliance and Supplier Manager and your role will be a mix of vendor enrolment, supporting compliance audits as well as adhoc additional administration responsibilities to support the EMEA operation, when required.

The Compliance, Supplier and Support Administrator will also be responsible for supporting compliance controls, audits and general Administration duties as required for the client.

Key Responsibilities

*Supporting the Compliance and Supplier Manager/Supplier Administrator to enrol new suppliers where an operational need requires an additional supplier to be on-boarded to the C-Worker Program, including dealing with administrative and general on-boarding and compliance queries
*Dealing with enquiries from the business and liaising with stakeholders and vendors
*Effective proactive liaison with other departments re operating, resourcing, services as necessary
*Maintain supplier documentation in central location (ie Fieldglass, DocU-Sign)
*Support the Compliance and Supplier Manager in conducting all relevant audits, including reporting and analysing results
*Supporting the C&SM in ensuring that suppliers are adhering to compliance measures and controls and corrective measures/actions where necessary
*Assisting the wider Team with adhoc administrative duties and tasks when required
