This role is for weekends only working 15 - 24 hours. The shifts vary on a rota basis between 8am and 8pm.

You will be working in a very faced paced environment taking calls from suppliers to book emergency jobs for customers who don't have any gas or electric in their property. Allocating the job to the closest engineer. Completing gas leak forms and dealing with escalation. This would involve both incoming and outgoing calls and would suit someone who comes from a contact centre environment

Key responsibilities

*First line for all supplier query calls
*Emergency job booking
*Allocating gas and electric emergency appointments
*Reporting gas leaks
*Closing down jobs
*Handle calls with suppliers and /or their customers in regards to an emergency metering situation
*Advise the best course of action in an emergency/dangerous situations
*Book in emergency appointments on an internal system.
