Hours: 3 Week Rotating Shift between 08:00 and 18:00 with 1 Saturday in every 12

Manpower are recruiting for inbound customer service professionals for an on-going contract position, on behalf of a major fleet maintenance company. Our client understands that in order to have satisfied and appreciated customers their staff must feel the same.

We are looking to speak with customer service superstars that understand the importance of building customer relationships based on intelligent conversations that will result in customer satisfaction.

You must be a competent in the following areas to be considered:

* Self-motivated, resilient and ability to work independently
* Demonstrable track record of excellent customer service
* Good PC skills, with ability to use multiple systems at the same time
* Ability to understand, assess and satisfy client requirements in order to provide a consultative solution
* Natural aptitude for adapting and learning quickly
* Pride in every aspect of your role
