Our client, one of the largest banks in the UK are currently looking to recruit some first class Customer Service advisors.

As part of the collections team here at Southend, you will manage telephone calls from our customers handling queries that relate to current bank accounts and loan agreements.
You will play an integral part in supporting Customers who may need assistance in managing their finances. Most of all, you'll ensure that the primary objective of each call is that customer receives both the best possible advice and an excellent experience.
If you are driven to go above and beyond what's expected, always professional in your work, and can engage with customers using your great communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy we would be interested in hearing from you.
Ideally, you already have some solid Customer Service experience within any industry. Good IT skills and a clear and concise telephone voice are essential for this role. Previous debt management knowledge would be advantageous.
This position is a temporary role, however this particular role is for at least 12 months, therefore not suitable if you are looking for very short term work
My client offers a fantastic training programme (8 weeks) and ongoing support and development
You'll be required to work on a rotational shift pattern between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturdays between 8 a.m and 5 p.m (but usually only for 4 hours) Total hours are 35 hours a week, any overtime is paid at an enhanced rate.
