Manpower are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to process sales orders for a leading kitchen design/manufacturing company,

The successful applicant will report to the Sales Supervisor and work as part of the overall Sales admin team. Experience is not critical as an in depth "on the job" training programme will be delivered.

Primarily you will receive orders from our client's customers; it is then your responsibility to accurately & efficiently process those orders through our bespoke IT system.
The role will also include a number of extended office administration duties and your performance will be measured through a sequence of KPI's.

The ideal candidate would ideally show the following:

A good level of IT understanding, using programmes such as Word & Excel
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
An ability to work within a busy office environment
A clear and confident telephone manner
Strong communication skills
A flexible approach to business and customer needs
A customer focused approach
Well organised
Being able to plan ahead
Consistent results
Very good attention to detail
