Payrate - £17,409 rising to £20,386

Customer Service Operators - required to work in a totally unique and interesting field taking short inbound calls.

What will be I doing? Firstly you will receive top-notch BT training and coaching. This will give you all the knowledge and confidence you need as a Customer Service Advisor to engage with our customer answering short length incoming calls, ensuring you meet the customers needs each and every time by providing a world class service.

What do I need?
A professional, can-do attitude * A willingness to apply yourself during your training and into your future career * Confident use of a keyboard * Solid English skills (GCSE Grade C or higher) * An excellent telephone manner that includes a great energy and positive voice tone.

The Call Centre is open 24/7 365 days a year, so full flexibility Monday to Sunday is required.
