Project Description
Delivery Group Assurance is a new team with responsibility for assurance and some related quality management activities aligned directly with service and project activities.

Role Description
This role is an opportunity within a small team for a self-motivated individual to practice and grow their knowledge of assurance activities and related quality fundamentals in providing support to the Delivery Group Assurance team and the Capgemini Delivery Groups.

Task Description
Provide support for assurance, compliance checks and reporting activities.
Undertake quality management responsibilities, including document quality checks and document upload and providing a central point of contact.
Provide support for administration of OTACE customer satisfaction for projects, services and Capgemini Group, including production and provision of metrics and reporting.
Provide support for internal and external quality audit planning activities.
Provide support for managing and producing internal and external team communications, including input to DG Assurance aspects of the Quality Manual.
Undertake monitoring and management of group mailbox.
Provide support for management of team site and contents.
Provide support for management of financials and forecasting, including Actual versus Forecasting variance reporting.

Technologies involved
Basic understanding of OTACE and / or customer satisfaction processes and principles.
Basic communication planning and management skills.
Good Microsoft Outlook group mailbox and calendar management skills.
Good SharePoint administration skills, including team site creation and management.
Good understanding of financial management processes and tools.
Good Microsoft Office application skills, covering Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good document and report creation skills.
Good understanding of metrics and measures.

Mandatory technical skills
Good fundamental understanding of assurance, controls, quality management systems and associated processes. Recognises potential day-to-day application of assurance and quality processes and systems. Good understanding of tools used for management of assurance and quality. Competent in use of processes and tools for Capgemini benefit and control.

Mandatory business skills
Good interpersonal and organisational skills to manage relationships with junior and middle management members of the organisation.

Desirable business skills
